A sharp-tongued performer who treats her siblings with open contempt. Twin to Fugetsu. Her cruelty toward her sister is theater — a years-long act designed to make the twins look estranged and therefore not worth killing together.

Addendum ch.382Died covering Fugetsu's escape through her sister's beast-made passage. Her own beast — a chorus of puppets — appears to persist around Fugetsu after death, a post-mortem echo whose nature remains unresolved.

Addendum ch.400The echo has a name and a will: her Guardian Spirit Beast persists as 'Kacho', sustained (she suspects) by Fugetsu's aura. Operating from the Justice Bureau on Tier 2 with Melody and Deputy Chief Prosecutor Kaiser, she is plotting to put Fugetsu on the throne — and to keep her sister from learning she is really dead.
